Insurance is stressful
But a PPO can help. I provide a monthly Clinical Superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
This document will allow your PPO to cover some of the session's cost. You would forward this to your provider. But check to see if you have a PPO or HMO, this only works for PPO insurance holders.
